What are the capabilities and areas of expertise of your company?

PLI HAS A SENSE OF URGENCY; confidentiality and culture around being ‘THE BEST’ Sorting and Containment Service Company.  We’ve been providing quality inspection, containment, rework, assembly and disassembly services to Automotive, Aerospace, and Consumer clients since the late 1990’s.

As experienced liaisons, we improve communication and expedite quality issue resolution between OEMs, suppliers, their customers, quality staff, production operators, and union members by speaking ," their language’s".

Our ability to build rapport coupled with our "CAN DO" attitude allows us to respond to and help resolve quality issues in hours rather than the days or weeks it typically takes other sorting companies.  Feedback from our customers has shown that PLI frequently and successfully completes quality sorting operations in less time than it takes most of our competitors to get set up for a sort.

We are a Full Service Partner willing and eager to do whatever it takes to mitigate the impact of quality issues for everyone by providing additional value added services

Warehousing, repackaging, rework, expediting, dunnage repair, etc.; ideally preventing or addressing quality issues before they require visual sorting at the customer site or before they snowball into an expensive QR.

This WIN-WIN attitude may sound strange coming from a sorting company but we have built our business on a foundation of addressing and eliminating quality issues to avoid visually sorting parts whenever possible.  We have saved our customers millions by doing just this and this has resulted in longstanding and mutually beneficial relationships with our valued customers. With our extensive automotive expertise in engineering, operations, and quality, we are able to provide practical experience and thoroughness to our client’s needs
